Subway in Frankfurt

Personnel is a disaster! The branch should rather be closed because it really damages the subway chain's reputation!

Best subway I've ever been on.

Super bad staff, when I asked about the price, they felt six different answers. When I wanted to pay, the cashier was doing something on the cell phone in front of my face the whole time. I ended up paying three euros for a sub of the day (normal price). As a friend of mine ordered immediately afterwards and paid € 5.50 (without drink or cookie)

Worst subway service I've ever had. Online and in the app it is stated that you can use vouchers and also redeem the Christmas coupons, for example. When we confronted the employees and the shift supervisor, they just said, "We won't do it. If there is a mistake online, we don't do anything but we can offer sub of the day". We then referred to the app that this branch is one of the participating restaurants and they just said again, "We won't do that. Must be taken out online," and we were sent away again. We then decided to go and not eat here anymore. By the way, opening times are not as described online or in the app, but changed by hand at the door.

Nice personel. It's a shame that Subway refuses to raise its animal welfare standards significantly and to meet the criteria of the European Broiler Chicken Initiative. Therefore I can only assign one star at the moment.

Very nice and fast service and a good selection is offered. However, the shop is very small. Inside you can no longer sit down in Corona times, as there are only bar stools. However, there are benches outside. However, the fact that the shop is in Frankfurt's inner city is on a larger street. The food is great though :)

Very, very tasty subs, my favorite "Steak & Cheese! Good selection of so-called baguette or subs bread types and the respective side dishes that you can choose from, be it salad, red onions, jalapanos, black olives, tomatoes, pickles, normal cucumbers , Corn etc .. Very tasty cookie selection! At Covid 19 times everything is clean and harmless, hygiene standards are completely adhered to! Of course there are also the subs of the day from Monday to Sunday every day a new one to choose from, also a recommendation in any case Worth! The service or seller, 3 are also very nice! All in all, a very good alternative to Burger Frass a la MC Donald's, Bürger King and Co, which I've been avoiding or not going for ages! I knew Subway the brand from the USA, long before the franchise chain came to Germany! The first subway here in Frankfurt that opened before it appeared for the first time here near Hochstrasse, near the Zeil, was awesome I'm the one near Berger Strasse! But it can also be good that they both opened at the same time, however, "Subway" is definitely worth a recommendation if you are hungry and the sub-selection 15 or 30 cm (foot long) also makes everyone full! Carry on guys! ???

They are having complex rules during corona which seem to interest me but the instructions they took from me they had noted on a paper and in the same paper my subway was packed. Isn't it weird? Why will they use a paper which has ink on it to wrap the subway. Moreover I had requested to add pepper and cucumber more but they dint add. I did say to add salt pepper and chili flakes they were missing too. The vollkorn bread also I dint find fresh. They also don't have sub of the day in thier outlet just for the information. They really need to maintain the quality when it comes to customers instructions.

Small bottle of water is €2. Not recommended

Worst SUB I've ever eaten from a Subway. Bread dry, not received on customer request and put too much sauce on it ... and I could count the brown leaves of lettuce on one hand. I'm an absolute subway fan ... but I won't go here again.

I was at this subway on June 18, 2020 at around 7 p.m. and I have to say for the first time in my life that I was very disappointed with the subway. The staff in particular was super rude and ignored my questions. In addition, they made no effort in the preparation and just slammed everything on it. The bread was not toasted either. The staff simply ignored my complaints.

I called the guy as my food took 2 hours to arrive for delivery. And he said “we are in Germany” - woooooow you don’t say tishika. He himself is Indian or Pakistan where ever he is from. Stop being racist

Ordered 2 Subs for takeaway. It was pathetically packed that the sauces and the paper that was used to roll it became one in less than a few minutes after checkout. It’s not very far from Hauptwache train station.
